Ronen Hirsch

I'm Ronen Hirsch, a web designer and developer based in Northeast Los Angeles. I've been building websites for 21 years, long enough to have shipped work in PHP before frameworks, and to still enjoy the moment a site goes live.

I've lived in Detroit, San Jose, Holland and London before settling in LA. Moving that often teaches you to read a room quickly, which turns out to be most of what good web design is: understanding who's on the other side of the screen.

Outside of work

I take photos, and it's one of my passions. You can see some of them here. I also play bass guitar and try not to kill an obession-level amount of houseplants.
